What you will find in the report

The report brings together the results of the activities the child has done in the app, organised by area:

  • reading,
  • number processing and calculation.

For each process (for example mental calculation, the number line or reading words and texts) it shows accuracy and response time, compares them with what is typical for the child’s school year on five levels, from low to high, and adds recommendations to guide intervention.

Objective data, not impressions

The results do not depend on who marks them: the app records accuracy and response time in every activity and tracks how they change. It is data you can compare with what you see in class every day.

The report is not a diagnosis. If you see signs that worry you, the next step is to talk to the family and, if needed, to the school’s support team or a professional.

Attention and working memory, too

The family report focuses on reading and maths. Sustained attention and working memory, which also shape how a child learns, can be assessed in other ways:

  • at school, with the NeurekaLab platform for schools, which gives a profile of every pupil,
  • in a clinic, with a professional who uses the NeurekaTEST battery.

Personalised worksheets in class, on paper or digital

Family and school working in the same direction: that is the value of sharing the report. With NeurekaLab at school, every pupil works at their own level within the regular classroom:

  • assessment of the whole class in reading, maths, attention and working memory,
  • personalised activities that adjust to each pupil’s daily progress, on paper worksheets, in the app or both: paper is marked with a photo and tracking carries on in the same way.

Inclusive education: adapted materials without making new ones

The worksheet does not just change level: it changes how it is presented according to each pupil’s profile. We switch on supports in five dimensions:

  • attention,
  • decoding,
  • comprehension,
  • structure,
  • access to content.

Everyone works on the same activity, in the same classroom, and nobody is singled out. There is no need to make several versions of each worksheet: the system generates them.
